Helpful facts

Your experience

Experience the overwhelming starry sky over the Tyrolean Alps, not far from Tyrol's provincial capital. A 40-minute drive from Innsbruck, you will find ideal observation conditions at the head of the Lüsenstal valley that you would never dream of in the big city.

In the first part of the star tour, star guide Tobias uses a laser pointer to teach you how to find your way around the starry sky and you listen to wonderful star stories from all cultures around the world. You will also learn exciting and entertaining facts about the why, how and where of our incredible universe.

In the second part, you will delve deeper into space with a professional telescope and astronomical binoculars and practise observing planets, star clusters, nebulae and galaxies yourself.

An unforgettable night experience for young and old!
